Equipping Seafarers to Lead and Serve at Sea

At the International Seafarers Ministry, we are deeply committed to supporting the spiritual growth and fellowship of seafarers around the world. One of the ways we do this is by equipping onboard leaders who host prayer meetings and Bible study groups on their vessels. These gatherings often become lifelines of encouragement, strength, and connection for seafarers far from home and family.

To help these leaders thrive in their ministry, we provide essential resources tailored to their needs—Bibles, Christian books, tracts, devotionals, videos, and even musical instruments to help create an atmosphere of worship. These materials not only encourage spiritual growth but also help build community among crew members from different backgrounds and cultures. We’ve seen firsthand how these small acts of support can ignite faith, foster unity, and plant seeds of hope during long months at sea.

We also encourage seafarers to gather with us at our Ministry office or at a location of their choosing whenever they are in port. Whether it’s for fellowship, prayer, conversation, or simply to rest in a welcoming space, we are here for them. Our doors and hearts are always open to serve, support, and walk alongside them in their journey.
