The International Seafarers Ministry of Miami is a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Your donations may be tax deductible from your corporate taxes. Check with your accounting professional. Sponsors will be featured in our website.
FOR ALL GUESTS - PLEASE READ: On the day of the event the shuttle bus leaves exactly at 10:15am from the Royal Caribbean’s building Garage K (Address: 1050 Caribbean Wy Miami, FL 33132) and will take all guests to the cruise terminal.
The event at the ship is from 11am to 2:30pm. At 2:30pm the buses will pick up all guests from the cruise and return us back to the parking garage.
Bring your identification to confirm identity and have access to the email you used for registration.

The Seafarer’s Ministry of Miami holds its Annual Gala every year to showcase and highlight our year’s achievements, to present to our sponsors a closer, more in-depth look into the inner workings of the ministry and to raise funds to keep our outreach and mission going. This year we are also featuring the 2025 Seafarers National Day of Prayer.
We pleased to invite you to our 2025 ISM Gala, hosted aboard the world-class Icon of the Seas by Royal Caribbean—right in the heart of PortMiami, on Saturday, September 13, 2025
Identification on the day of the event: Very Important - You must your valid picture ID you registered to the event (Drivers license, passport, etc.)
Instructions: On the day of the event you must arrive by 10am at the Royal Caribbean’s building Garage K (Address: 1050 Caribbean Wy Miami, FL 33132) and park in the three-story parking building (free for Gala guests). By 10:15am Royal Caribbean’s buses will pick guests up and will drop us off at the cruise ship. The event is from 11am to 230pm. At 230pm the busses will pick us all from the cruise and return us back to the parking garage.
If you arrive late: If you arrive late you will need to drive directly to the cruise terminal and find your own paid parking in the closest general parking area nearest to the cruise ship terminal. The Icon of the Seas uses Royal Caribbean's Terminal A at the Port of Miami and Garage A (Address: 2000 N Cruise Blvd, Miami, FL 33132, cost $25-$35 at your own expense).
Driving tip: If you are coming early, it is easier if you come through Bayside and take the bridge rather than taking the tunnel.
